1. Orders Outside Mainland Spain
To place orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as for other countries outside of Spain, please contact the FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. sales department via email at soporte@fastauto.parts or by phone at +34 962 80 42 70.
2. Pricing and Technical Support
- FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. reserves the right to update prices and technical specifications daily at any time without prior notice.
- The prices set by FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. do not include advice, installation, operational training, or any other type of technical support beyond what is specified in the warranty regulations.
- Individual prices for each product include the corresponding VAT (IVA).
3. Purchase and Payment Process
Once a purchase is made via STRIPE, credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, the customer will receive a copy of the order at the provided email address, pending final confirmation from our online department.
If bank transfer is selected, our Sales Department will provide the account number to proceed with the payment. After the transfer is made, you must send the proof of payment to soporte@fastauto.parts. Once the funds are cleared in our account, the goods will be prepared for shipment.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
- Shipments are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders registered on non-business days will be managed on the following business day.
- FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. ships on a PREPAID (Portes Pagados) basis through transport agencies such as MRW or DHL.
- Parts will be delivered to addresses in mainland Spain within 24-48 business hours following the date of dispatch.
- For shipments to other destinations, please consult us for specific delivery times.
- If the customer wishes to use their own transport agency, they must select “Customer Collection” (Recogida por el cliente). We will notify you when the material is ready for your agency to collect it from our facilities.
5. Reception and Claims
The customer must verify that the received goods correspond to the order, match the invoice or shipping document, and are in the correct condition, packaging, and with all necessary documentation.
To accept any claims, you must **state the issue on the carrier's delivery note** and notify us via email at soporte@fastauto.parts within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Ownership and Stock Availability
- FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. retains ownership of all products sold until the full amount has been satisfied.
