Used Spare Parts Warranty

FAST AUTO PARTS S.L., located in Almoines (Valencia) Spain, guarantees product conformity under the following terms:

1. Warranty Periods

  • Final Consumer: ONE YEAR commercial warranty from delivery, considering the part's age and wear.
  • Professional Buyer: SIX MONTHS warranty from delivery (as per art. 1.490 of the Spanish Civil Code).

The buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent wear and tear of used parts.

2. Coverage and Limitations

FAST AUTO PARTS S.L. will repair, replace, or refund the part if repair is impossible. Labor costs are excluded from the warranty in all cases.

To process a warranty claim, you must send the invoice or order copy to soporte@fastauto.parts.

3. Warranty Exclusions

  1. Improper handling, faulty assembly, or negligence.
  2. Damage from impacts, transport, or force majeure.
  3. Installation by unqualified personnel or repairs without written authorization.
  4. Lack of vehicle maintenance or engine overheating.
  5. For Engines: the warranty covers only the cylinder head, block, and oil pan. Accessories (turbo, injectors, belts, etc.) are excluded.
  6. Proof of timing belt replacement is mandatory for engine warranties; otherwise, the warranty is void.
  7. Wear parts like seals, filters, or thermostats are not guaranteed.

4. Claims and Jurisdiction

Any non-conformity must be reported within 15 days. Claims can be submitted to soporte@fastauto.parts or by phone at +34 962 80 42 70.

Legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Gandía, Spain.
