Returns and Exchanges

1. Deadlines and General Requirements

The user has 15 business days to return a product if not satisfied, provided the material has not been altered, tampered with, or opened. Presentation of the original purchase invoice is an essential requirement.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate the process, send an email to soporte@fastauto.parts attaching a copy of the invoice and/or purchase order. A return request form will be sent to the buyer's email, which must be completed, signed, and returned to us.

3. Errors or Defects by the Company

If there is an error in identifying the part or a defect caused by FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L., the part will be replaced. In this case, FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. will cover the shipping and return costs.

4. Customer Ordering Errors

In cases where the ordering error is made by the customer, all shipping and return costs shall be borne by the buyer. The items must be sent back to FAST AUTO PARTS, S.L. with shipping prepaid.

5. Verification and Refunds

In both cases, an exchange or return will only be processed once the part's arrival at our warehouse is verified and its original condition is confirmed. If a replacement part is unavailable, a refund will be issued after verifying the item's condition at our facilities.
